Beginning Last year, all players participating in Puzzle cup will need to be added to your roster, and all players will need to complete the online Waiver acceptance. We at PPHL are committed to making sure all players participating are on the roster, and that no players are added late to change the assessment we have made for the placement of your team.

Once you have registered the team, please distribute the following link to your team to have them begin filling out their spot on your team,

Please answer all questions to successfully register your Team or Player into the Tournament and specific Division. Once completed, the PPHL will contact you and your Team Captain once successfully added to the Tournament.
